I’ve read about the article from English text book unit 8 Fashion.
When I read this article, I thought Yumiko is bit less-considerate girl. Even when you are in Japan, I think we should think about “Time, Place, Occation“ about fashion. I don’t think we should dress like “kogal” fashion in foreign country. Of course, it is important to show your originality in fashion, but too much eccentric fashion don’t suit to most scene in daily life. And now, Yumiko learned about the difference between Japan and foreign country in fashion scene, so she don’t have to looked strange from foreign people when you go out from Japan.

My name is Mika Nonaka.I am a student in Mr. Sheehan's third period EC2 class on Thirsday. I also think we should think about TPO about fashion. I think suiting to surrounding is very important. I think we have to be careful about own clothes everyday.
