My thought from 'The Pelican Brief'

Hi. This is Hitomi writing. I also enjoyed reading 'The Pelican Brief'. We will finish this book this week. That's so sad. I want to keep reading English book during summer vacation. I want to read another John Grisham's story.
Anyways, do you like thrillers? I do! Once I started reading those kind of books, I can't stop reading even though that's very scary. In this book, one man named Mattiece hired the killer called Khamel. Mattiece want two judges to be dead because he wanted two Republican judges to support his business. I wondered how the real world is. In those days, there are so many horrible murder cases. Akihabara's case is very clear memory for us. I can't believe that man killed 7 people indiscriminately. Maybe, Mattiece and the man who killed 7 people had no interest in others. They only think about themselves. I thought of many things through this book.
Okay, that is all. Let's read some English books during the vacation and share them next semester! Hitomi

Hi, Hitomi. This is Ryosuke.
It's sure is sad that there are people who could get involved and killed by meanless murder in Japan.
Still, I think the society is blaiming the suspect after the incident. I think that doesn't solve the problem.
It's just that, people are thinking lightly of the importance of living in these days.
